OPF History
Optimized Process Furnaces, Inc. (OPF) was established in 1972 by Jack Phillips and John Miller. Both founders had acquired substantial background in the design and manufacture of fired heaters with Alcorn Combustion and Econo-Therm Corporations.

Project Management
Upon receipt of a contract, the project is assigned to a project manager. The project manager’s role is to ensure that the project is built to contract specifications and is delivered on time. The project manager is responsible for mechanical design, planning and scheduling, material requisition, fabrication, and liaison with the clients.
