Upon receipt of a contract, the project is assigned to a project manager. The project manager's role is to ensure that the project is built to contract specifications and is delivered on time.

Planning and scheduling
Material requisition
Fabrication
Liaison with the clients

OPF uses project planning software. This assures that material procurement, engineering and fabrication are coordinated in an efficient manner to meet our client’s delivery requirements. Reports reflecting the status of material delivery and the stage of fabrication are generated frequently so that clients are continuously aware of project status.
